Shipping Methods

We ship by Canada Post or Purolator for orders within Canada. Orders are shipped to the USA via our US shipping partner.

Curbside Pick-Up is available by appointment — please email info@rubyreddollscanada.com to schedule your pick-up time.


At your designated time, please come to Maplelea at 619 Steven Court, Unit 6, Newmarket ON L3Y 6Z3.

Please note that while we welcome visitors during business hours, our location is an office and warehouse, not a dedicated retail store. We do have dolls on display and you are welcome to purchase in person, however we kindly ask that all orders be placed in advance where possible.

US orders are shipped via our US partner from Newmarket, Ontario. Parcels will be delivered by USPS. All charges are in Canadian dollars. Applicable duties and taxes are collected at checkout — no surprise charges at delivery.

International customers are responsible for all applicable customs charges, duties, and taxes upon delivery. These are determined by your local customs authority and are outside our control. Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Canada: 3–7 business days
  • United States: 7–14 business days
  • International: varies by destination

Please remember that during winter months delivery may take longer than estimated due to volume and inclement weather. Please order as early as possible to avoid disappointment.

Taxes

Taxes are charged according to the destination to which the order is being shipped:

  • ON, MB addresses: 13% HST
  • PEI addresses: 14% HST
  • NS, NB, NF addresses: 15% HST
  • BC addresses: 12% HST
  • SK addresses: 10% HST
  • QC addresses: 14.975% HST
  • All other Canadian addresses: 5% GST
  • United States: Applicable duties and taxes are collected at checkout.
  • International: No taxes are collected at the time of the order, however there may be local taxes or duties charged when you receive the package. These are the responsibility of the recipient.
Packaging

Our dolls come in a presentation box suitable for gift-giving.

Returns Policy

Items that are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging may be returned within 30 days of the delivery date. Items that have been opened, played with, or removed from their original packaging are not eligible for return. Shipping charges are not refunded. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your original order for a refund and place a new order. In some cases — such as receiving the wrong variant — we may be able to assist directly. Please contact us and we will do our best to help.

  • The reason for the return

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you have received an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@rubyreddollscanada.com. Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the damaged or incorrect item and its packaging. We will work with you to arrange a replacement or refund. You will not be responsible for return shipping costs in the case of a damaged or incorrect order.

Please retain all original packaging when reporting a damaged item, as carriers may require it for a damage claim.
